Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order number from your purchase receipt, or email us at info@snarkybarky.tech and we'll help you start the process.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
