We also collect review data from the third-party platforms you connect (e.g., Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor), and basic usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, and product telemetry needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information & Legal Basis

We use your information to: (a) create and maintain your account and provide the Service (performance of a contract); (b) generate AI-drafted review replies on your behalf (performance of a contract); (c) secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests); (d) improve the Service and analyse usage (legitimate interests); (e) respond to support requests and send Service-related communications (performance of a contract / legitimate interests); and (f) comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, database, AI model providers, email delivery, analytics).
